How about Luna Rae Kelly

Shadow1234 · 23/10/2018 06:06

Still love Harley Rae
But Frankie Rae is a very close second!
Not keen on Amber or Scarlett (not as 'out there' as the other two)
But thats just my personal opinion. Others may disagree.

Tadda · 23/10/2018 05:13

Okay - added and now have on the list-

Amber Rae
Scarlett Rae
Harley Rae (still there!)
Frankie Rae...…

This is getting difficult - doesn't help that DH keeps on saying 'well, it's going to be up to you in the end ( I changed DD1's name at the last minute, it was a name we had already discussed and the name we had originally chosen I just found out was used by another close family member, for a boy - meaning MIL would have had a grandson AND her new granddaughter having the same name - but still have heard the last of it from DH!)

Madeline Rae Kelly
Madison Rae Kelly
Shannon Rae Kelly

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 17/10/2018 15:48

Harley is terrible. Chloe Rae is nice.

What about Harper?

Polkasq · 17/10/2018 08:21

Emma Rae
Cassia Rae
Lucy Rae
Jessica Rae
Phoebe Rae
Della Rae
Claudia Rae
Tessa Rae
Emily Rae
Gemma Rae
Sanchia Rae
Olivia Rae
Isla Rae

No hyphen.

Tadda · 17/10/2018 07:00

Stella lol! - yeah I don't think we'll do the Billie Rae (cyrus, valentine...) :)

Scarlett Rae sounding like a sci-fi laser beam made me laugh!! Do still like it (maybe even more now..!)

Harley-Rae is lovely.

stellabird · 17/10/2018 05:18

Billie Rae.

Sophronia · 17/10/2018 05:15

Harley is terrible, sorry. I know a male Harley-Ray. I definitely wouldn’t hyphenate the first name.

Tadda · 17/10/2018 03:06

Thank you! I've only ever included the 'Rae' when saying out loud so I think the 'Rae' has to be hyphenated into the first name (Harley-Rae is sounding a lot more likely....)

Someone also mentioned Willow - we did want that at first!

DD 1 is Amelia Grace (Kelly) - their going to be 16 months apart in age so we're also trying think of names together (ie Amelia Grace and Scarlett Rae....) ?!

This is difficult! Outside the box what would you choose!?

Evie

Elephantinacravat · 16/10/2018 21:27

I'm another who thinks that Harley-Rae Kelly is the best suggestion. Harley Kelly doesn't work but Harley-Rae Kelly is 👌

skinnyamericano · 16/10/2018 21:25

I don’t know why, but the first name that popped into my mind was Vanessa Rae.

amiw · 16/10/2018 21:25

Epponae? Lols

VenusInSpurs · 16/10/2018 21:25

Harley Kelly? No. Too much “ly “
Remember the middle name will not routinely be spoken aloud.
If you like Rae just use that. No one needs a middle name. I have never felt the lack.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 16/10/2018 21:19

From your list, I like Chloe Rae best.
Holly Rae
Tessa Rae
Maisie Rae

Staceyjas · 16/10/2018 20:33

Mali-Rae

Harebellmeadow · 16/10/2018 20:18

Eliza Rae
Harper Rae
Georgia Rae

Harebellmeadow · 16/10/2018 20:16

Lyra Rae

Ioki · 16/10/2018 20:14

Go for Chloe. Fab name ;)

RavenWings · 16/10/2018 20:12

Oh, forgot Erica Rae. I really like it - love Erica.

Hazel Rae?

RavenWings · 16/10/2018 20:11

I'm not gone on any of your pairings but Scarlett Rae is best imo. Though it is reminiscent of a laser.

From the suggestions I like:
Naomi Rae
Willow Rae
Elayna Rae (but spelled Elena, Elayna is a bit messy looking imo)
Jasmine Rae
Megan Rae
Alannah Rae
Bethany Rae
Madison Rae

I'd also suggest:
Harper Rae (similar to Harley)
Mischa Rae
Felicity Rae
Francesca Rae
Meredith Rae
Pippa Rae
Charlotte Rae
Laurel Rae
Michaela Rae
Georgia Rae
Paloma Rae
Carmen Rae
Vivienne Rae

I'd probably be looking at slightly longer first names to balance it out, as surname and middle name are short. I'd steer clear of most ie ending names (Ellie, Millie, Molly etc) because they tip it completely into cutesy, Toddlers and Tiaras contestant.
