Do you imagine Margot’s as blonde?

Just wanted to start off by saying this doesn’t actually matter to me but made me laugh that 2 of my colleagues were shocked today when they saw my 4 year old dd (Margot) and her brown hair, apparently to them Margots are exclusively blonde

Maybe they’re referencing Margot Robbie?!

Ackley79 · 13/10/2018 19:46

Definitely more brunette to me!

PippilottaLongstocking · 13/10/2018 17:54

I imagine Margot’s to be small with a neat brunette bob with a full fringe and dark eyes. No reason whatsoever though.

I immediately see Margot Fonteyn - brunette - and then Margo from Despicable Me - brunette.

mangowango · 13/10/2018 17:46

I know a brunette Margot. She's great (not because of her hair colour or her name).

MilkTwoSugarsThanks · 13/10/2018 17:45

I automatically think of Margot Fontayne - she was dark.

ItWasntMeItWasIm · 13/10/2018 17:45

Surely Margots are auburn!?

AtrociousCircumstance · 13/10/2018 17:43

Haha, numbskull colleagues 😆

No I don’t assume Margots are blonde. I immediately visualise Margot from ‘The Good Life’ but I have zero expectation that any Margots I may meet will look like her!

No...
