Just for fun! What would your fictional same sex twins?

Or maybe you’re a twin parent and have had to do this for real. I’m obsessed with thinking about baby names at the moment (not helped by trawling these boards) and would love to name twins!

For girls I’d go Astrid and Frankie.

For boys hmmm haven’t given it much thought as I find boy names so hard but I’ll say Gene and Jet (Jethro).

What names would you choose?

If you handed me twins today I would go for:

Katherine Anne and Alexandra Mary.
Oliver Michael and Charles James.

Although DS is Isaac, and we would have twinned that with Gabriel, Joseph, or Noah.

For girls, I also like:

Charlotte and Clara
Eve and Hannah
Zoë and Alexandra
Martha and Esther.

I'm so indecisive, it's a miracle DS even has a name.

I'm not fond of matchy-matchy names for twins and prefer traditional names.

Our surname begins with R - at one point with DS1 I thought he might be twins, and had concocted a whole fantasy around two boys called Rex and Ralph who would row and have a secret handshake. Anyway, he was a singleton and I missed out on that particular fantasy. You're welcome to take up the mantle if you like it Wink
