Hi, I would really love some help on deciding a name for our baby boy due any day now. I know many will think it’s not the most exciting list but we really like and agree on all these names which hasn't been easy, lol! We want a strong, masculine but simple boy’s name. Our surname is long so we’ve discounted lots of other names which just didn’t go. I’m really interested to hear your honest opinions on our list and if you have a favourite/strong dislike from it. Don’t mind any negative opinions at all, I’d rather hear them before we make our final decision! Thanks in advance.

TatianaLarina · 28/09/2018 20:01

Hugo or Leo (tho there are a lot of the latters)

Leo, Joseph or Evan are lovely and seem to fit the bill well.

Leo is my absolute fave.

airedailleurs · 28/09/2018 19:55

Not on your list but similar style: Theo?

Cookit · 28/09/2018 19:50

Personally I think Ben is a nickname, not a name in its own right.
I actually really like your list though but personally I would avoid Leo because I think it’s going to date badly.
I particularly like Hugo and Evan.

MayFayner · 28/09/2018 19:34

Joseph

DuggeeHugs · 28/09/2018 19:33

Love Hugo

margaritasbythesea · 28/09/2018 18:41

Ben or Joseph but they're all nice.

Chocolatecake12 · 28/09/2018 18:38

From your list I love Joseph - nice nn of joe too.
Ben is probably my second favourite from your list. Works well with a long surname and is s strong stand alone name.
Hugo is ok -
Luke and Evan I’m not keen on. They’re just a bit meh in my opinion.
