Marcus- know many?

Hi guys,

We're loving the name Marcus at the moment (I know it's not everyone's cup of tea). I was just wondering how many babies/young kids called Marcus people know? I read an article saying it was going to get more popular this year but I haven't seen much evidence of that...

I know a couple but they are all adults in their 30s or 40s.

I do however know a Marius who is always called Marcus by people who mis-hear/mis-read his name - like almost daily!

I know one who is 9 and lovely. Really suits him. I want this name on our list but DH thinks it doesn't go with our surname 😔. I'd go with it!

I know one Marcus who's 10. I really like it.

I know a Marcus in his early 30s and lots of Marc/Mark's in their late twenties. No children though x

One aged 22 and one in my daughters class aged 8. I think it's ageless really.
