What are your children's names? (If you're willing to share).

Would love to see combos of sibling names:)

Other names on our list for DS were Alexander, George and Arthur.

If he had been a girl he would have been Elizabeth or Helena.

QueenOfCatan · 14/09/2018 12:58

Had my sisters or I been boys we would have been named Sam as it was a name that worked in English and in my dad's language (though pronounced slightly differently). They had no other boys names so they were lucky we were all girls really 😂

My DD is Artemis Lyra, I don't mind putting it as I've commented on other threads saying as much! We have no idea what to call number 2. If a girl I'd like to use a name from Greek or Roman mythology again (Minerva and Athena are my current favourites but there are others too), for a boy our choices vary, some from my father's heritage, one name that I think is Welsh (Jasper and Taliesin). Embarrassingly Apollo is growing on me but I would never do that as it would be massively unfair on them!

SmurfandTurf · 14/09/2018 12:40

I have Euphemia, Araminta, Cosmo, Cressida and Mick.

vampirethriller · 14/09/2018 11:21

If my daughter was a boy she would be Jerome or Raphael.

octoberfarm · 14/09/2018 01:12

If mine had been girls, they'd likely have been Adeline/Madeline, Isla or Anna.

Sorry for your loss @D2018 Thanks

bootsandsocks · 13/09/2018 23:53

DramaAlpaca damn. There was a little part of me that was holding onto the hope that I was a genius. Or psychic Grin

Justgivemesomepeace · 13/09/2018 23:44

I don't mind- mine are Leah and Lucas. Bit star wars when you think about it but no one has ever noticed.

DramaAlpaca · 13/09/2018 23:43

boots completely wrong! But I like all those names & can totally imagine myself with an Eddie, Lewis & Sam, so not a bad guess at all Grin

bootsandsocks · 13/09/2018 23:39

DramaAlpaca I went straight for male versions! Edward, Lewis and Samuel Grin probably completely wrong!!!

D2018 · 13/09/2018 22:05

If my pregnancy would of continued full term my DD would of been Bethany or DS would of been Damien. This was several years ago and my taste has changed since x

Acidrain · 13/09/2018 22:01

If my DS had been a girl he would of been called Jeanette or Jeanie for short.

Schmoochypoos · 13/09/2018 21:56

If my DSs has been DDs I’d have had a Matilda Joy and a Harriet Louise

Littlebird88 · 13/09/2018 21:54

if I had a girl now if choose Rachel
a boy Fred

cheminotte · 13/09/2018 21:52

My boys would have been Jennifer and Miriam.

LittleDonkeyKong · 13/09/2018 21:51

I don't mind 'outing' myself as I don't write anything on here that people don't already know or I wouldn't mind them knowing 😂

LittleDonkeyKong · 13/09/2018 21:49

I have Erin Juliana and Lois Gabriella

Sunflower321 · 13/09/2018 09:14

If my dd had been a boy, she would have had his name and vice versa Grin Sorry but I'd rather not reveal both their names as they're quite uncommon.

Unknownunknowns · 13/09/2018 09:05

I like this version; If my DSs had been DDs their names would've been: Siobhán, Aoibheann, Caitríona 😊

Sungura · 13/09/2018 09:03

Geneva, Elaina, Tuliza, Rosellen, Francesca, and Fiona we're just a few on my girls list.

Edmund Ulysses was my favorite for a boy. Also liked Nathanael, and Gregory.

Shadow1234 · 13/09/2018 01:52

My babies are all grown up, but if i had to
choose today, my short list would be:

Erin
Kenzie
Lottie
Amelie
Brooke
Kayla
Frankie.

Ronnie
Alfie
Laurie
Reece
Elijah

There are sooo many more unusual nice names about nowadays
It would be hard to choose. Having said that, for the era my children
Were born, I absolutely love the names we gave them.

moredoll · 13/09/2018 01:11

If DD had been a boy, James or Arthur.

Elllicam · 13/09/2018 00:05

If my boys had been girls they would have been Elizabeth, Lydia and Connie. So along those lines.

DramaAlpaca · 13/09/2018 00:03

Go on boots have a guess!

bootsandsocks · 13/09/2018 00:03
  • their
bootsandsocks · 13/09/2018 00:02

might be a tad too outing especially with my dd’s name it’s a bit of an odd one! however i’m reading the previous posts and guessing what they’re names are based on what they would have been called Grin
