Doris and Joan. I also had an Aunt that I was very close too growing up (near enough a Nan) called Rose.

Doris is now DD's middle name, I was very close to my Nan and I initially wanted it as her first name (Dottie as a nickname) but the husband had his heart set on what is now her first name and it flowed better with Doris as a middle name rather than the other way round so we went that way.

llangennith · 13/09/2018 22:52

Wynn and Brenda. Certainly wouldn't lumber any DDs with either of those names.
