I like:
Beatrix Una
Edith Iona (although to me Iona says Scottish rather than Irish)
Margot Cliodhna

George Rafferty (I know it has Irish origins but I wouldn’t associate Rafferty with being particularly Irish though, I know 3 and none are Irish)
Samuel Rowan
Sebastian Tadgh
Zachary Tadgh

I also agree about avoiding initials that would be the same as the children you already have).

My top choices are Emilia Roisín and Oliver/Oscar Tadhg. Mainly because I prefer the first names (because, let's be honest, how often do we use middle names in real life) but I also rate Roisín and Tadhg. Have close friends who called their children these names so they are dear to me. And the names flow nicely.

Thanks everyone!

@IVflytrap - This is exactly what I want to hear - the good and the bad! Most of what you’ve said are things I also have concern with but I’m wondering if I’m being OTT and worrying about nothing... DH doesn’t see the big deal with initial sharing, for example, but we vetoed Alexander and Arthur with DS for that reason. It’s good to know what to stay crossed off the list and what not to - it’s just easier to have them all in one thread as names keep getting crossed off then added back on again. So difficult to let go of names as I know this is the last time I will get to use them - well, we don’t plan on anymore babies after these anyway lol.

For the girls, I like:
Beatrix, Edith, Elodie, Felicity and Margot
For the boys, I like:
Arthur, Benjamin, Elias, George and Jasper

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 10/09/2018 19:43

Emmeline Cara is my favourite, it's lovely.
Second choice would be Willow Roisin.
Boys ;
George Rafferty or Zachary Tadhg.

RebeccaCloud9 · 10/09/2018 19:26

People in real life aren't actually called Calliope are they?!

Some lovely choices, especially Elodie and Emilia

IVflytrap · 10/09/2018 19:18

Top choices are Cecily Roísín and Zachary Tadhg. Beautiful names.

Not going to rate the rest, but personally I would cross these ones off your list if you're wanting to narrow it down at all:

Calliope (clashing sound with Violet), Emilia (too much like uber-popular Amelia), Esmée (spelling/pronunication issues), Evelyn, Florence & Sienna (= too popular), Winter and Willow (= too faddy and will date)

Arthur and Alexander: personal preference, but it would be nice if each child had their own initial, and you already have an Aurora
George, Oliver and Oscar: too popular
ElwoodL Blues brother! So, no.
