I prefer Caleb and Callum seems too similar in sound to your surname (2 L's in the middle, M at the end

Caleb!!Smile

Quangot · 05/09/2018 07:15

Callum. I don't like Caleb at all.

AnyaMoondial · 05/09/2018 07:07

Callum out of the two but agree with pp about Cormac - it’s a fantastic name. Cormac Williams sounds great.

Trinnidad · 05/09/2018 06:57

If you like ‘c’ names, have you thought of Cyrus (Sigh-russ) with Cy for short (I went to school with someone who was Cy on his birth certificate actually). Or Conrad if you want a hard ‘c’?

DesmondSwayne · 04/09/2018 21:30

Caleb is much nicer. Callum is a bit of a naughty boy name in my books - plus it doesn't go well with Williams (both have double 'l's, end in 'm' sound, too much of a tongue twister)

AhHaaa · 04/09/2018 20:42

Caleb

I love it. Wanted to call DS it, but DH veto'd it as he was adamant that we weren't to name DS anything that he considered too 'biblical' as DH is very atheist!

I said he was being silly but he wouldn't have it.

I do love my DSs name too. I just slightly loved Caleb a tad more

Outbackshack · 04/09/2018 20:40

Callums are always the naughty kid at school. Caleb would be a better choice

moredoll · 04/09/2018 20:38

Don't like Caleb so Callum.
Prefer Cormac to both.

SuperstarDJ · 04/09/2018 20:19

Caleb. Callum’s are everywhere and it’s made the name a bit boring imo.

MikeUniformMike · 04/09/2018 20:13

Caleb. Like it a lot. Calum is nice but has bad rep.

ReginaPhalange89 · 04/09/2018 19:27

Like both but probably Caleb Williams

DC06 · 04/09/2018 17:52

I agree Caleb Williams sounds best.x

WaxOnFeckOff · 04/09/2018 16:33

I prefer Callum as a name to Caleb by a country mile but Caleb Williams is easier to say.

Cormac
Ciaran
Craig

Caleb

Caleb

mw90 · 04/09/2018 15:57

I don't mind the sound of Callum but with Williams I thought it looked like it had too many Ls

Caleb. Callum is a bit repetitive sounding with Williams.

TatianaLarina · 04/09/2018 15:47

Callum Best puts me off it completely.

Not wild about Caleb. It’s a bit Iowa hick.

Conor, Connacht, Cameron, Cailin, Conall, Cillian?

MaryBoBary · 04/09/2018 15:45

I prefer Callum out of the 2 but I think Caleb fits better with your surname as not the repition of l and m.

Sophronia · 04/09/2018 15:09

Caleb

chasinggarlic · 04/09/2018 14:09

Both good names, I'm leaning towards Caleb, purely because of Callum's popularity

YolandaTheYeti · 04/09/2018 14:08

Caleb goes better with Williams I think. I like both names though.

llangennith · 04/09/2018 14:07

I like both but prefer Caleb

Cbeebiesrehab · 04/09/2018 14:07

Caleb x100
