Madeline Joy - Meh, Madeline is becoming so over used.
Audrey Jane - LOVE
Jane Valentina - dare I say 'plain'
Melita Olive - love Olive, Melisa not so much
Jane Emerald - again with Jane?
Vera Joy - LOVE Vera. Actually I think Vera Jane would be lovely.

Boys
Barnaby Cole - I really like this
Romeo Wynn - not a fan I'm afraid
Mylo Henry - I prefer the alternate spelling.
Aubrey Cartier - LOVE!!
Morris Aubrey - LOVE!! Can't decide which of the last two names I prefer tbh Smile

Barnaby Cole - Ok
Romeo Wynn - very Beckham-ite and try hard, loads of potential for easing/bullying, especially if he doesn’t grow up to be particularly attractive. I can imagine some bullying teenage bigs having a field day with it.
Mylo Henry - ok, but Milo for me will always be one of the Tweenies. I know the name is getting more more popular though. Your spelling is a little pretentious however.
Aubrey Cartier - Cartier is horrific.
Morris Aubrey - ok, best of a bad bunch

MegynTegan · 02/09/2018 15:37

Girls - favourite is Madeleine Joy (I much prefer the this spelling to Madeline, it also makes far more if you want to pronounce the ending Lynn, and not Line)

Second favourite = Vera Joy

I quite like Audrey Jane.

I don’t like Jane Emerald or Jane Valentina though - I think Jane is very boring as a first name, and Emerald has a lot of gypsy/Disney princess vibes for me. Valentina is a bit of a soppy name in English in my opinion.

And I don’t really like Melita either. Melissa is a lot nicer imo.

Madeline Joy is my favourite by far. Madeline Jane/ Valentina/ Olive/ Audrey/ Vera would also be nice. Audrey Jane is pretty too.

Melita sounds like a brand name, especially with Olive, and Esmerelda is much nicer than Emerald.

Mylo Henry or Barnaby Cole (or even better Barnaby Henry/Mylo) is nice, though I prefer the spelling Milo. Cartier and Romeo sound like celebrity baby names.

Madeline Joy is beautiful for a girl, although Audrey Jane comes a close second.
Definitely Barnaby Cole for a boy. At a push Mylo Henry is ok too.

I think once you meet the little person, they tend grow into the name so although I don’t love any of them (bar Joy, adore Joy) I know they’d grow on
me. Albeit I don’t think Melita Olive ever would - sorry. Neither am I keen on your 2 Aubrey choices although I do like the name Aubrey, just not with Cartier (sounds like a watch) or Morris (a car). All these, of course, depend on your surname. Congrats, by the way & hope it all goes smoothly!

DramaAlpaca · 02/09/2018 14:49

I like Madeline Joy & Audrey Jane very much.

Madeline18 · 02/09/2018 14:46

Love Madeline Joy! For your boys names, Barnaby and Aubrey are nice.
