I think they are all good names apart from, guess what, Kelvin. Oh, and Milo.

Angus - my friend's DS who is a little sweetheart.
Cameron - Cam on Modern Family.
Fergus - a cat.
Kelvin- would probably mishear as Calvin.
Milo - love this name.
Magnus - pretty awesome name, makes me think of a king or something like that.
Oliver - sweet but bland.
Rory - ok, no strong opinion or associations with it.

Cameron - David C

Fergus - Clarissa Explains it All, or was that Ferguson?

Kelvin - scientist

Milo - cat?

Magnus - Pompey the Great

Oliver - very popular, know lots of them

Rory - Doctor Who or Gilmore Girls

I actually like them all fine! Kelvin is interesting, but might get mistaken for Calvin.

Kelvin is very 1980s, and Cameron is a nice name but now tainted by David. Like all the rest of the names, especially Milo and Magnus :)

Cameron - Brexit, prefer Campbell
Fergus - a great little Scottie
Kelvin - like it
Milo - like it, but it seems out of place in this list
Magnus - Icelandic? It's okay
Oliver - not keen
Rory - my favourite here

Love them all - I have a Rory so am biased, I may steal Fergus for the list for number 2! Magnus in third place. They're all good strong names that can't really be misheard!

Fergus - I know an Irish Fergus. Nice name but I wasn't keen on him.
Kelvin - Unit of measurement
Milo - milky drink
Magnus - Pike or Magnusson

Fergus - ok but Ferg or Fergie are ugly nn
Kelvin - terrible. Kelvin MacKenzie, awful man Sounds like Kevin but even uglier.
Milo - nice but trendy
Oliver - nice, classic but v popular. Hate Ollie though.
Rory - lovely.
Cameron - lovely name, plus I like the nn Cam.
Magnus - quite grand, Scandinavian.

Oliver - way, way overdone. I think the other names are quite strong but this is weak as water.

Cameron - the (female) character in 'Rivals'
Fergus - gorgeous name - could still kill DH for hating it
Kelvin - degrees of temperature
Milo - Tweenie
Magnus - Magnusson
Oliver - Army/Cromwell/ OK but a bit meh
Rory - OK

Angus seems like a cat's name though.

Milo sounds like an animals name. Kelvin is one step away from Kevin. I've always had a soft spot for Rory.

Kelvin looks out of place in the list.
The rest are all perfectly good names that wouldn't be out of place in any Scottish classroom. Kelvin would stand out like a sore thumb

Cameron - wealthy family, Scottish
Fergus - not the nicest Irish name, a bit uncool
Kelvin - will spend life telling people his name is not Kevin
Milo - ok, kind of cool, short for Miles
Magnus - ok, either Roman or Icelandic
Oliver - oh ye gods not another one
Rory - nice Irish name

Angus, Cameron, Fergus - Good traditional Scottish names (add Alistair, Duncan and Gordon to the list too!)
Kelvin - I like it, but it not popular
Milo - ridiculously trendy
Magnus - Icelandic or Scandinavian
Oliver - traditional, was a bit overused about 6 years ago but not so much now
Rory - undecided ...
