I like Heath and Oakley as previously suggested! I also like Rowan from your list a very nice name!
I actually like the name Orion too (like the star constellation, but maybe that's going down a different theme)

Please don't call him Ember, Ember is too close to Amber and people would definitely get confused. It is very feminine too

My son is Sage as a sage is a wise old man I can’t see how it’s a girls name.

I quite like Falcon and Willow for boys. Rowan is lovely but popular. River always seems to me a bit like Rainbow a stereotypical hippy name. Phoenix or Cedar are other possibilities maybe.

I think Lake and Eben are probably my favourites from my list. There's also Jasper, a type of stone. I like Winter and River. But i think my problem I don't like many boys names which is why I keep leaning towards more unisex names but most I wouldn't choose for a girl
