Which order?

Baby girl due any day now...and still not 100% there on her name! What do you think either Margot Grace or Grace Margot?

My son is Henry William (named after a grandfather on each side) and I love both his names...struggling more this time round! My grandmother was Margaret so would be nice to honour her too :)

@firsttime17 actually there is a Margot in my sons class at Nursey at the minute, it doesn't bother me though. Grace is a top 20 name so no doubt there would be another Grace in the class at some point too!

Grace Margot... margot seems to be very popular where I live at the moment and seems to be in fashion so there may be a few in your little girls class at school x

Margot! I love love love the name Margot, it would be my number one name if I were to have a DD.
I'm not so keen on Grace, I think that's because it reminds me of someone that wasn't too nice in school though!

Henry sounds very English and Grace does too. They go well together.

Margot, either Mar-got or Margo, doesn't fit with Henry imo.

Unfortunately Margot makes me think of "The Good Life" and the dreaded Margot Leadbetter. That is a sign of my age!!

We would be pronouncing it and spelling it the "French way", as above - which I think is the English way too! I believe in Germany/ Scandinavia they do pronounce it as a hard "t"...

They're both lovely names, I know Grace is a very popular middle name, it was never intended as a "filler name" but is my husbands first choice as a first name!
