39 weeks, no name for baby girl!

My due date is 4 days away with our first baby (girl!) and we still have no name! So far, I've liked Marlie, Kenslie, Phoebe and Eden but we can't agree on anything!

Any suggestions would be very welcome at this point! Her last name will be Tetley

It's looking like she's just going to be 'baby' forvever!

Phoebe. It goes just fine with your surname.
The other names are a bit too unisex.

DramaAlpaca · 06/01/2019 14:37

Congratulations OP. Isla Eden is a lovely name Flowers

Huffleypuff · 06/01/2019 12:13

Tessa Tetley

I love a bit alliteration

MadameJosephine · 06/01/2019 12:11

She ended up being Isla Eden Tetley in the end! Isn't it funny how you just seem to know once they're here!

Andy and Jamie Murray....

I’ll stop now Grin

Yogagirl123 · 07/08/2018 17:00

Kendall heard it on a programme the other day and thought it sounded nice!
I like Eden too.

Good luck OP, a name might come to you when you meet her.

Icecoldchilli · 07/08/2018 16:50

Thierry Henry
Johanna Konta
Margaret Elliot

I actually think names sound better when they match sounds!

Icecoldchilli · 07/08/2018 16:47

Phoebe Tetley is lovely!

Ignore the posters saying you can’t have two ‘ie’ sounding names - of course you can!
Lily Ounsley - Famous Hockey play
Jamie Vardy - famous footballer etc etc etc

Other duplicate sounds work well together too, Ella Tailor etc

Tryagaintomorrow · 07/08/2018 14:11

I love the name Eden. Go with Eden :)
Or Arden which is Hebrew for Eden

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 07/08/2018 13:58

Kenslie is awful. Is it made up?

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 07/08/2018 11:44

Phoebe is lovely

Suggestion: Penelope Tetley

bridgetreilly · 07/08/2018 09:11

Erin
Annabel
Alyssa
Ursula
Harriet

AtticaRose · 07/08/2018 08:29

Eden Tetley sounds a bit like a type of tea to me! Confused

Could definitely be a nice middle name though.

Bethan, Ellen or Eliza are nice.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 07/08/2018 08:25

@Newbiecat, Ellen Tetley is lovely.

Newbiecat · 06/08/2018 20:29

Ellen would work well and a bit more unusual but in a classy way

Jillyjollyjandy · 06/08/2018 20:27

Phoebe from your list.

Beatrice
Eliza
Lucy

DCam06 · 06/08/2018 19:41

I like Eden Tetley best x

auntyflonono · 06/08/2018 19:35

I think Eden would make a fabulous middle name with your surname.

Two days that was supposed to say

Gkite · 06/08/2018 19:07

I'm having my baby in two weeks and still have no name OP I feel your pain! Except I don't even have 1 name I like anymore 😬

daisypond · 06/08/2018 19:02

I don't think you should go for ones with an ee sound at the end, and I think you should go for something longer - 3 syllables maybe. Phoebe is the nicest of your name choices, but it doesn't work with your surname well. Eden is OK, too. Marlie and Kensie look very odd to me. Francesca is nice, as was suggested upthread.

MrsMrsMrsMrs · 06/08/2018 18:59

Eliza Tetley
Annabelle Tetley
Grace Tetley
Marianne Tetley
Madeleine Tetley
Isabella Tetley
Calista Tetley
Arabella Tetley

I think a long name goes well with your surname. Good luck! x
