Thoughts on Parsley as a boys' name??

I know it could sound ridiculous, but it occured to me a couple of weeks ago and for some reason it's really grown on me? I just love how natural and sensitive it sounds.

I do think Thyme Lord is rather inspired.

But not sure anyone would truly think Parsley was a good name - just saying - nothing to see here.

Though yes Rosemary - perfectly lovely and nice name.

Thanks all for reminding me of I'm a dog called Dill. Or possibly Hector a better name ( he may be a wise old Hector)

I think it sounds bonkers. I'm not sure why because some other herbs work aa names, particularly Basil and Rosemary.

I know a girl called Sorrel. She has an older sister called Honey.

Basil and Sage are both lovely if you’re looking for herb names! Dill could possibly work too. Or if you’re looking for a similar sound perhaps Percy

Named changed for this as a bit outing but my user name here is my surname.

So Parsley as a first name, could constitute a recipe.....

In all seriousness, don’t do it. My son was bullied mercilessly in year 7 for his name.
