My favourite J names for boys are Julian, Justin, Jeremy, Julius and Jonathan.

DS3 is Joah, which has always been my favourite J name, it's an (as yet) undiscovered gem.

I couldn't get DH to agree to it with DS1 or DS2, and would never have used a name he didn't like, but when DS3 was born, DH surprised me by saying he had grown to like the name. I was delighted!

I have a soft spot for Jack. It is very popular though, and has been for over 20 years.

Johnny is nice, as is Josh. I like James but not Jim.

I have a James, it was my grandfather’s name and has always been my favourite boys name. He’s nearly 22 now and although it’s always been in the top 10 we haven’t come across that many others really
