Which do you prefer?

Cassie will be a nickname for Cassandra, probably.

My dd is Cassie I love it I'm yet to find anyone her age named it yet.

BakedBeans47 · 31/07/2018 23:49

I knew a really awful girl called Cassie

Me too lol

That aside Lucy has always been my most favourite girl’s name, I love it.

Zoflorabore · 31/07/2018 15:42

Lucy but I'm biased Wink

FfionFlorist · 31/07/2018 15:40

Lucy

I know an adorable little blonde girl called Cassia. It really suits her, her mum pronounces it Cass-ee-uh.

MikeUniformMike · 31/07/2018 15:04

I don't like Cassia. It sounds like an ingredient. People will try to say Kasha.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 31/07/2018 14:13

I am not keen on Cassie but love Cassia.
Lucy is lovely.

LoveInTokyo · 31/07/2018 13:33

I like both. Would probably go for Cassandra just because it's a bit more unusual.

Bananalanacake · 31/07/2018 11:33

I wanted cassie for my dd1 name but my dp wanted his suggestion so cassie is her middle name

MikeUniformMike · 31/07/2018 11:26

Lucy. Don't like Cassie.

hungryhippie · 30/07/2018 08:01

Not massively keen on either but prefer Lucy as Cassie reminds me of Only Fools and Horses

TatianaLarina · 30/07/2018 07:57

Cassandra/Cassie by miles.

Abetes · 30/07/2018 07:55

Like the pp Cassandra will always be associated with Rodney and Delboy so I would go for Lucy.

IdblowJonSnow · 30/07/2018 07:55

Lucy! Not keen on cassie at all but Callie, as previous pp suggested is lovely.

HeyDolly · 30/07/2018 07:54

Cassie (or Cassia).

Gottokondo · 30/07/2018 07:50

I like both. Lucy is on my list as well (cassie doesn't work in my language unfortunately).

Calledyoulastnightfromglasgow · 30/07/2018 07:49

Cassie as the Lucy’s i have known have been horrible!

Joinourclub · 30/07/2018 07:45

I like Cassie but not CassARNdra, thanks to Rodney Trotter.

moredoll · 30/07/2018 07:25

Cassandra

ThriftyMcThrifty · 30/07/2018 07:18

Cassie is my all time favourite girls name - not my daughters name though as my husband wasn’t keen! Lucy is lovely too, but so many around - there are three in my sons class (he’s 7) so consider that. They are all three different variations though - Lucia, Lucy and Lucille. But all known as Lucy in his class.

Quangot · 30/07/2018 07:15

Cassie, although they're both lovely names.

QuickWash · 30/07/2018 01:13

Lucy - it's a lovely name

MrsReader · 30/07/2018 00:43

Lucy

Picknickers · 30/07/2018 00:15

Cassie. All the Lucy's I have ever known have been really bitchy!

buttercup54321 · 29/07/2018 22:36

Definitely Lucy
