Thanks all!

Heaven I'm after a or ah, so the sound rather than necessarily the letter. But er, ur etc a different sound to me?

echos names are great, I love Kolya and Kuba, but does it 'go' with otherwise very British names?

Caspar ends with an A sound to me.

HeavenIsNotAPlaceAtWork · 28/07/2018 08:19

Casper and Arthur don't end with an a! Even in my North London/Estuary accent.

Casper= Cass- pur
Arthur= Ahh-Th-ur

OP is it an a ending or an ah edging your after?

The -er sound that people are saying sounds like -a - it won't, to most people outside England who pronounce the r.
