Similar twin names don't know the gender.

Boys.

Unisex.

I wouldn't go with 'Nel' and 'Ella' as FAR too similar sounding.

Each of your girls names are nice enough individually - not my personal taste but fine names nevertheless.
Personally I really don't like 'unisex' names - it just asks for confusion.
