idk, is Delphi a weird name? I know two little girls with that name. One is definitely Delphi as a standalone. I guess the other could be short for Delphine, I've never really thought about it.

Daisy is great. I'd avoid Rose with Freddie because of the Wests (serial killers).

Delphi? Surely not. Delphine, maybe.

I like Daisy and it goes well with Freddie. Prefer Darcey though.

I think Sophia goes best with Freddie - it's very popular these days but it is nice.
I'm not at all keen on Heidi. I find Mia very bland.
Daisy is a possibility, though I think it's a little cutesy. If it was short for Margaret/Marguerite or something it'd be really great.

Of your other suggestions, I think Darcey is downmarket and Delilah is forever tainted by the Samson and Delilah story for me - it'd be like calling her "prostitute".
