Jasper or Rufus?

Baby boy was born 3 days ago and after quite a lot of wrangling, we’ve managed to get the list down to two names.
We already have a son called Sebastian.
I’m aware many will think of these names as dog/cat/, that’s fine, had he been a girl I would have chosen Tabitha!
Votes please!

I love all your names. Rufus and Jasper are on my current baby name list along with a Tabitha.
I think Rufus may be my favourite?

How about Felix? Grin

Oh yes, he's a Rufus for sure! Jasper is also lovely though.

Flip a coin, if you feel disappointed with the outcome, then you'll know to switch!

We have a Rufus and a Felix. Jasper and Sebastian are both on the shortlist for dc3. (As is Maximilian if you want another option).

I have a Jasper and a Huxley so clearly I love a dog name! 🤣 Rufus was also on my list but I knew my DS1 would be Jasper as I'd chosen that name years before I even met my Husband!

Awww he is such a Rufus, definitely not a Jasper. Jaspers are harsh and pointy and Rufus' are soft and gentle in my mind haha

Either are good names but I prefer Jasper. Never thought of it as a 'dog name'?

Not much help but I think they both go well with Sebastian.
I prefer Jasper though :)
Maybe post a pic and we can see what he 'looks' like!
