William and Harry

We have just found out that dc2 is going to be a boy.

Dh and I both love the name Harry, but ds1 is William so I don’t know if we are completely ridiculous to use it?

I had ruled it out completely when we were talking in the abstract, but now knowing we are having a boy and that we are going to have to name him, we have come back to it.

So what’s the verdict? Will people forever make the royal connection and assume that we are either royalists, or copycats, or just plain daft?

I do love Alexander. Elliot too but DH not so keen.
Dh is James so that will probs be middle name.

Not a good choice, it’s an already world famous pair.

Setting yourself up I'm afraid. It's not a good choice. Middle name?

I think a lot of people would automatically think of the Royals. They are known in every household so it's doubtful someone wouldn't. But, if it's a name you love, people would soon forget about the connection once bubba is here. I think it would be more so when you introduce your boys for the first time. Congrats on DS2, I'm expecting my second boy too! X
