Hate April. So dowdy.

Grace is much more elegant.

BoyInTheOven · 12/07/2018 20:58

I think April is lovely. I feel like as a name it transcends the 'born in April expectation' which I think would be a bit naff personally.

For me 'Grace' has been overused and although a beautiful name a bit predictable these days IMO

NanooCov · 12/07/2018 20:27

I love them both but would only use April if born in that month.

LucyFox · 12/07/2018 16:30

April Grace would be lovely :)

MikeUniformMike · 12/07/2018 14:59

Just googled them. The 1980s hair!

MikeUniformMike · 12/07/2018 14:57

There was. And an Afton.

autumnmoon · 12/07/2018 14:56

April... pretty name. wasn't there an April on Dallas?!?

Grace is lovely so long as child is graceful.

caughtinthemiddle2 · 12/07/2018 14:20

I love both of them but April just a tad more as it is less popular. I don't agree that she should be born in April if their name is April. My grandmother is called June and her birthday is January

rubyred84 · 12/07/2018 14:14

Grace

KiplingAngelCake · 12/07/2018 13:26

Both. Slightly prefer Grace, but April is fab too.

17caterpillars1mouse · 12/07/2018 08:15

April is lovely. Grace is ok

MadMaryBoddington · 12/07/2018 07:35

April. Beautiful name.

lljkk · 10/07/2018 20:23

both are fine. April is great, I don't think need to be born then any more than James needs to have a limp.

DaniCampbell1989 · 10/07/2018 20:22

I like both but if I had to choose probably Grace x

Belindabauer · 10/07/2018 19:46

I agree 100% with Dontdribble.
Dont call a child April unless they are born in that month.

daisypond · 10/07/2018 18:51

I like both, but I prefer Grace, even though it seems to be popular. I don't think it's girly at all - it's a classic, elegant name.

BackToTheFuschia7 · 10/07/2018 16:36

I like both but Grace is classic and timeless.

firsttime17 · 10/07/2018 16:34

Both lovely names but I prefer Grace, it's classic and you don't hear it too often from where I amSmile pretty and girly x

LostwithSawyer · 10/07/2018 16:30

Love April.
Grace is boring

LastOneDancing · 10/07/2018 13:47

Both lovely names.

I really like April - I knew a grown up one & a toddler one and their birth month never crossed my mind.

MikeUniformMike · 10/07/2018 13:41

April for a baby not born in April is a bit silly.
Grace is too popular

WonderfulWorldBeautifulPeople · 10/07/2018 10:23

I know a couple or Aprils by the way and have never thought to ask whether they were born in april. I also know a lady called June and never thought to ask her either. Just never crossed my mind.

I have a friend called Noelle who was born in February also!

Lycanthropology · 10/07/2018 09:26

Doubt your baby is/was born in April as it's a bit too early (or late)!

Grace is all over the place now and dull as

NC4Now · 10/07/2018 08:47

April if she’s born in April. If not, Grace or another name entirely.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 10/07/2018 08:45

April, so pretty !
