SOrry my bad. Stress on first syllable not second. The second syllable is “sa” not “se” though.

No it’s “say-zah-ray” with stress on middle syllable

No, Ce in Italian is 'Ch' in English: It's Chay/Che not Say.

César in French is "Saiz-ar". Caesar I'd say "See-zer". So all quite different.

How are they pronounced? I thought Cesare might be pronounced differently actually, do you pronounce the e at the end?

What pronunciation do you want?

I'd interpret the first as French/Spanish (with the accent the other way though), the second as English, and the third as Italian, and pronounce them accordingly - and very differently.
