If I didn't have to agree a name with DH I'd call my girl Elsie & my boy Ezra

@pennycarbonara I’m a Julia and my brother is Alexander and my daughter is Claudia, it’s a family joke that we’re all little emperors!!!

DH vetoed all my favourite names. For boys, it was:

Edwin, Benedict, Jolyon and Alexander (Xander)

For girls it was:

Charlotte (Lottie), Elizabeth (Libby or Eliza), Helena and Genevieve.

I was very keen on Constantine when I was expecting DS1. But DH firmly vetoed it.

In retrospect, that was probably for the best as far as DS1 is concerned.

Alexander/Alexandra, Julian/Julia. Which could potentially sound like I was obsessed with Classical leaders, but I liked the names separately for a very long time before noticing that, and they are normal enough names that most people probably wouldn't think of it. Then 2 middle names each from family names. (Have never really thought beyond names for two.)

I pushed really hard for Huck, but was over ruled 😡 Also Toby after Toby Zeigler in The West Wing. Liked Maeve for a girl, but alas, am on my third boy who will likely be my last 😢 so no Maeve.
