Hello,

Our little boy arrived on 01/06 and we can't decide between Dylan or Noah.

Which name do you prefer? How many Dylans/Noahs do you know?

Thank you :)

Dylan.

I don't know any. I know of one Noah.

deptfordgirl · 08/06/2018 16:17

If you don't mind its popularity I love Noah. Actually though I really like both.

MikeUniformMike · 08/06/2018 14:40

Dill or No?

Daphnedolittle · 08/06/2018 14:32

Dylan - love it!
You can't go wrong with either name.

sonnyboo · 08/06/2018 14:25

Noah sounds like a whiny No to me, I don't like it.

MrsSeabridgeWhite · 08/06/2018 14:19

Seems quite mixed. This is tough!

Noah. It's a bit popular though.
Dylan is awful, sorry.

RedDwarves · 08/06/2018 10:22

Noah.

Dylan has a reputation where I live (and not a good one).

jeanzbeanz · 08/06/2018 09:51

Noah is timeless, been used for centuries!

moomoo85 · 08/06/2018 09:29

I would go for Noah

I know two with each name

Bubblesoup · 08/06/2018 08:04

Dylan ❤ I only know one Dylan but 5 Noahs

BikeRunSki · 08/06/2018 07:06

Dylan, Noah is so popular it barely serves any purpose in identifying anyone any more.

EmmaC78 · 08/06/2018 07:05

Dylan. Not keen at all on Noah.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 08/06/2018 07:02

Dylan.

jcsp · 08/06/2018 06:57

So a rabbit’s.name or a that of a boatbuilder?

I suspect both will date over the years. Know any babies called Darren?

But all in all both quite nice names.

On balance Dylan but then I like the old ness on Noah. Not sure.

CPtart · 08/06/2018 06:52

Pushed to choose. Noah is my most hated boy's name, it sounds like a strained protest, but not keen on Dylan at all (probably due to some I know!) Not helpful.

Teacakequeen · 08/06/2018 06:43

Dylan for me.love it

Cadencia · 08/06/2018 06:40

Dylan for me. I know one Dylan and three Noah's.

FourFriedChickensDryWhiteToast · 08/06/2018 06:39

" Dylan. The West Wales accent has ruined Noah for me. "

ha that's funny because for me, it has ruined Dylan...('Dull-un')

IveNoImagination · 08/06/2018 06:37

DC1 has one Noah and two Dylan's in class at school. I prefer Noah.

WisestIsShe · 08/06/2018 06:30

Dylan for me, Noah is super popular at the moment

sexnotgender · 08/06/2018 06:30

Dylan as Noah’s are everywhere. Not a fan of Noah at all.

Justgivemesomepeace · 08/06/2018 06:28

Dylan for me. It an anagram of my lovely mum's name, Lynda who I lost r yrs ago so I'd use it if I had any more boys.

17caterpillars1mouse · 08/06/2018 06:28

Dylan because i know 1 Dylan but come across Noah's constantly

Peachbubble · 08/06/2018 06:22

Noah, not keen on Dylan sorry. I know quite a few Noahs, but that wouldn't put me off using the name as I really like it.
