Hey guys,

Do you know any good middle names to honour an Amanda? Can't be Miranda/Mandy.

Thanks! Smile

Again.. NOT SURE. I have never used a relatives name to honour someone hence the question. Thanks. She goes by Amanda 90% of the time.

Doesn't honouring someone only work if you use the name the person uses themselves. If she goes by Amanda then use that if she uses a nickname why not use that?

I stated I’m not sure Amanda would fit.. poster Tawdrylocalbrouhaha

Yes, if you want to honour an Amanda you use the name Amanda. Any derivative of it, or using anything similar is just saying that their name isn’t nice enough for your baby, so not really an honour.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, something similar to Amanda to honour her. We don’t think Amanda fits with the first name and the second middle name.... it would be Hadley Amanda Sage... at the moment we have Hadley Amelia Sage..

Yes, Amanda would seem the obvious choice...

I'm confused, sorry. You want a name similar to Amanda as middle name? Or is it Amanda as first name?

If it helps, I think Amanda would be a lovely middle name.
