I'm not against using nicknames on birth certificate and I have a daughter with a shortened name already but what can Cece be short for? I really love it Grin

Courteney Cox’s nickname as a child was Cece so I would add Courteney/Courtney but I think the name is a bit dated these days

Sorry should have said I know of Cecelia, Celia and Cecily, are there any others I haven't heard of?

Cecily?
Dh's godmother was Cissie, that was the name on her birth certificate so not a nickname, she hated it though and was known as Smithy.
