Ooh hello!

So, a vibrant wedding guest & wearer of curtains.

LadyGAgain · 11/08/2018 09:27

Welcome back! Well done @diddl

finallychangedmyusername · 11/08/2018 08:17

Well done @diddl and welcome back @FintyTin, hope you had a wonderful holiday. Smile

FintyTin · 10/08/2018 22:21

Hello folks! Gigantic apologies for disappearing!
I was indeed having a lovely, sunny holiday, thank you. I just wasn’t anticipating zero phone reception and a complete inability to access MN.

@diddl you have it with Sarah.
Sarah means princess, and she’s often seen with her friend Duck. The authority figure is a reference to ‘sarah’ as a term for a female minister in modern Judaism. Funny Sarahs/Saras include Millican and Pascoe. Slender Elizabeth would be Thin Lizzy.

Well done, and over to you!

(And apologies again.)

MariaMadita · 10/08/2018 21:29

@FintyTin

I hope things are alright and you'll come back soon :)!! And I hope you all have a lovely evening and great weekend.

finallychangedmyusername · 10/08/2018 20:15

Grin come back @FintyTin, we miss you!

LadyGAgain · 10/08/2018 16:13

I hope @FintyTin is having a lovely sunny holiday and not stuck in our August monsoon today. But we miss yooooou Finty!

finallychangedmyusername · 07/08/2018 17:35

@FintyTin... hope so!

LadyGAgain · 06/08/2018 21:46

@FintyTin - are you still with us? Smile

finallychangedmyusername · 02/08/2018 21:24

Philomena?

MariaMadita · 01/08/2018 23:15

Anne?

LadyGAgain · 01/08/2018 23:09

Róisín or Rosalie

diddl · 01/08/2018 22:07

Sarah?

FintyTin · 01/08/2018 21:38

Sorry to keep you waiting.

This is a regal but common name. A slender Elizabeth sang about her.

LadyGAgain · 31/07/2018 22:51

Another clue?

FintyTin · 30/07/2018 12:38

Not Tiana or Moana, sorry.

LadyGAgain · 30/07/2018 00:08

Or Moana? (~the chicken is proper funny~)

LadyGAgain · 29/07/2018 23:46

Tiana?

FintyTin · 28/07/2018 22:15

Great clues! I thought Jael at first from the simple tools, but was listing Monera/Prokaryotes as first among the kingdoms (that’s how I learnt it), so missed that one for a while.
Apologies for being slow to follow up - my phone gave up on me! Hope this one was worth waiting for (although I doubt it Grin).

This regal young lady can be found with an avian companion in tow. She may be an authority figure, too; but you might find her funny.
