Fraid not Eddie or Edward. Have a think about who might have journeyed (fictiotiously) through decades and centuries... and which actor might have played him.

DuggeeHugs · 05/09/2018 19:16

Thank you - there is a lot to look for!

Hmm. It probably isn't correct, but Edward/Eddie keeps coming to mind?

Ok, there are three namesakes described in the clue. Two are actors and the other is fictitious, not human and only known by his first name (no surname). I've also included the meaning of the name and some letters as part of the name.

DuggeeHugs · 05/09/2018 18:09

Yes please - it feels like I'm getting so much clue for my money that I don't know where to start Blush

finallychangedmyusername · 05/09/2018 17:26

Would you all like another clue?

finallychangedmyusername · 04/09/2018 17:05

Nope again sorry. (I'm now worrying I've made this one too tough and that the clues in my head don't actually work...) Confused. It'll be fine. Grin

DuggeeHugs · 04/09/2018 16:53

Armando?

OP posts:
finallychangedmyusername · 03/09/2018 22:11

Not Jack sorry

DuggeeHugs · 03/09/2018 22:08

Jack?

OP posts:
finallychangedmyusername · 03/09/2018 21:22

Not Robin sorry

LadyGAgain · 03/09/2018 21:17

Robin?

finallychangedmyusername · 03/09/2018 09:45

Ok, here comes the next one:

This action hero wanders through the forest, following the birdsong above him. His choice of clothing keeps him warm on the inside which comes in useful as he journeys through the decades and centuries.

finallychangedmyusername · 03/09/2018 09:28

Excellent! I'll post a new clue shortly. Great clues @DuggeeHugs

DuggeeHugs · 03/09/2018 08:35

Yes @finallychangedmyusername has it

One meaning of Ruth is beauty and the biblical Ruth travelled well with Naomi in her self-titled book

OP posts:
finallychangedmyusername · 03/09/2018 08:17

Ruth?

DuggeeHugs · 03/09/2018 07:03

Not Dora I'm afraid

OP posts:
LadyGAgain · 02/09/2018 23:04

Dora?

DuggeeHugs · 02/09/2018 21:44

Yay! Hello @LadyGAgain Smile

I've been flitting in and out but am severely out of practice. Here goes:

Beautiful and well travelled, it is no surprise she has her own book

Welcome back @DuggeeHugs ! Yes Gene. Gene pool, Gene Kelly singing in the rain and Gene Pitney was only 24 hours from Tulsa.
Over to you!

DuggeeHugs · 02/09/2018 13:59

Or Kelly?

OP posts:
DuggeeHugs · 02/09/2018 13:58

Jean?

LadyGAgain · 02/09/2018 09:37

Here you go!

I am a boy though could sound like a girl. I’m found in the pool, in the rain, at the BAFTAS and near Tulsa.

LadyGAgain · 02/09/2018 09:23

Hello! Away this weekend but will be back with a clue once I've checked the previous names list and found one that's not on there!

FintyTin · 02/09/2018 08:52

I'm here too. Been away with no signal again (the joys of camping, I suppose!!)
Eagerly awaiting the next clue 😊.

finallychangedmyusername · 30/08/2018 20:00

Yep you got it! Holly

Not quite holy, Breakfast at Tiffany's with Holly Golightly as the main character, the friendly rocker is Buddy Holly and the BBC computer is the 90s BBC series of Red Dwarf with Holly the ship's computer.

I wonder if it's just you and me here now! Back to you... Grin
