What would you call him? First and middle names

OP posts:

Ooh good luck magpie! A very lovely name too.

I've just been induced so hopefully we are having a son today - calling him Jude William Smile

Joeybee · 13/05/2018 02:25

24 weeks tomorrow and if I had to name this baby today he'd be Stanley Bryan (Bryan after his Dad). I think this may actually be the name I use! Smile

bridgetreilly · 08/05/2018 17:32

Felix Ivor.

Felix because I'd want him to be happy. Ivor because it's a family name.

I'm not sure!

I like Xavier, Henry Snow (using 'Harry' through childhood), William James, Oscar Simon, Tam, Archie.

I also like the name 'Bear' and like 'Teddy' as an abbreviation of Edward but don't love the name Edward! Maybe if I had a 'James Edward' then he could be nicknames 'Teddy'!

Idris Ali (half Turkish so I doubt many people would choose this!)

Either Bertram (Bertie) Søren or Søren Bertram

Would be named after Paternal grandfather and Maternal Great Grandfather.

Was the name we had for DD3 if she was a boy

Lemondrop99 · 05/05/2018 16:38

I’d like a Nathaniel Jude by DH vetoed both those names so that isn’t going to happen!

I’m surprised to see my DS’ name on here so many time but I think it’s more popular on Mumsnet than it is in the ‘real world’

If I'd had a boy I'd have liked James Sebastian. My husband didn't agree, so it's probably just as well we had girls.

sonnyboo · 05/05/2018 13:22

Sorry, surprised not to see

sonnyboo · 05/05/2018 13:22

I'm surprised not to many common top 10 names on here... someone must be using them!
