I've heard SEER-see, SIR-key, and KEER-kee.

Hmm Circe was a very powerful goddess of magic/sorcery, DD of Helios. The later development into a ‘witch’ like Morgan le Fay I think is just misogyny. This happened to many female godesses.

The narrative of turning men into swine in the Odyssey may be a degradation of shamanistic myth whereby men and women turn into animals - cf Diana turning Actaeon into a stag.

No idea, it is not an easy one to pronounce, and for that reason I wouldn't use it.

Kir-Kee is the original pronunciation but Sir-see is more common nowadays. Also wouldn't recommend it for a human child

Yes, Cersei is the Game of Thrones spelling. But it's like Jaime for Jamie / Kevan for Kevin / Joffrey for Jeoffrey - GRR Martin changes the spellings slightly to make it other worldly but still familiar

Thing with this name, is if you're asking how people will pronounce it, then the kid is going to have to spend their whole like telling people how their name is pronounced. Do you really want to do that to a person?
If it's a pets name, then go for it.

Kirkee is correct but we’re not in Ancient Greece. It’s not as if the Latin in Italian is pronounced with a Roman accent.

I prefer Seersee to Sirsee - you could use either.

Yes, hard c if you want to be true to the Greek. But sir-say is the common English pronunciation. She is a baddie through. Then again all the Greek female character are either evil sorceresses or just generally doomed. Penelope is safe!
