Having a baby girl and trying to shortlist names. Partner loves Erin but I’m not 100% yet - please give us your opinions Flowers

Yay, but I'm biased as 4 month old DD is Erin

DanceDisaster · 19/04/2018 13:15

I like ir

Butterfly1975 · 19/04/2018 13:12

Erin is lovely. Reminds me of The Waltons shows age Grin

Definitely getting more popular if that's a consideration? I know at least 4 under 5 years old.

needtogiveitablow · 19/04/2018 13:07

I wanted it for our son (if he had been a girl) so when we had our daughter it became her middle name - she would have suited Erin equally well as her actual name and I still wish I’d put my foot down more strongly!

neddle · 19/04/2018 13:04

That’s what my 3yo calls herself as she can’t pronounce her z yet.
Her name is Zerren.

DuggeeHugs · 19/04/2018 13:01

Yay!

flybabyfly · 19/04/2018 11:01

Yay

user1498549192 · 19/04/2018 10:09

Yay! I love it; it was on my list for a girl.

TinyRick · 19/04/2018 09:33

I like it but I have seen it a lot on lists the past year so I guess it is going to quite popular.

BillywigSting · 19/04/2018 09:33

Yea beautiful name.

Was in my shortlist for girls names but dc is a boy

Sophronia · 19/04/2018 09:31

I’m not keen

grandplans · 19/04/2018 09:29

Great name, love it!

ButterfliesandMoths · 19/04/2018 09:08

Lovely name

Crickettime · 19/04/2018 09:07

Yay

17caterpillars1mouse · 19/04/2018 09:06

Yes. Erin is a lovely name. Simple but sounds classy and sophisticated on an adult but cute and playful on a child.

PJsAndProsecco · 19/04/2018 08:45

I love Erin! I would use it but our surname also begins with E and I'm not keen on alliteration :(

LastNightsMakeUp · 19/04/2018 08:41

Love it. On our shortlist

Kim82 · 19/04/2018 08:26

Definite yes from me. I love it and still wish I had used it for my almost 4 year old (we went with Charlotte in the end). She’d have suited being an Erin.

Nellyphants · 19/04/2018 08:24

Soup?

EmmaC78 · 19/04/2018 08:21

Yay
