What potential quirky baby names could I call my potential DD?

Hi all, I'm a teen who is currently expecting. My baby reveal is in a few months and although I'm fixed on calling my potential DS Matthew, like his father, I have no idea what to call my potential DD! Confused But I want it to be creative and quirky, any ideas?

Agree that Asia-Mae is awful. Awful awful awful.
Anything hyphenated is seen as lowerclass OP, not original.
What about:
Girl: Matilda, Aphra, Opal

Boy:
Rufus, Rudy, Otis

I agree hyphenated names are really not quirky at all. Very over-used.

I agree Linnet is lush. Along with plenty others mentioned on this thread, however has the OP even been back?

Cutesy Tabby during childhood merges well into Dr Tabitha Jones or whatever.

I know an Electra who owns her name Well, works in fashion etc.

It's a fab name but I do think we have to be careful not to go too 'out there'. The Electra I know was lucky, she wears it Well.........but gay, dumpy, grey haired me in my granny caddie wouldn't wear the Electra dress anywhere near as well as the willowy blonde, trend leading fashion designer I know. 🤔

Linnet is absolutely gorgeous, but please stay away from hyphenated names, there's nothing exotic and about those anymore...

Don't do it OP, I had my first when I was a teen and I'm so glad he was a boy as our "quirky" girls names were absolutely awful in hindsight! I blame the hormones 😂

As others have said I'd avoid the hyphenated Mae as it's hugely overused, but it's fine as a run of the mill middle name.

How about Raeya, Adrienne, Anaya, Leila, Zara, Xanthe, Carmen, Enya or Penelope (Penny)?

What about giving her the very grown up name of Emmeline (in honour of E Pankhurst since its 100 years since women got the vote), but you can call her the cute and quirky nickname Emmy-Lee?

Please don't use Oceana. As others have said this was a chain of cheesy/ chavy nightclubs which didn't have the best reputation even if I loved them at 18! Your dd wouldn't know the reference but I bet anyone teaching her would.

Agree that anything-mae is far from quirky! Definitely 10 a penny here in kids aged newborn to primary school age.
Personally I think you need to get past the cute thing, you aren't naming a baby, you are naming a person who will eventually be an actual real life adult and may not thank you for calling her something 'cute' when she's 45.
I'm all for unusual names, but not ridiculous ones.

And yes Oceana was a popular nightclub chain until a few years ago, that's all I can think of with Oceania
