I can’t imagine a Polly older than 5.

I used to think it was a bit frilly but now I know 2 (an adult and an 8 year old) I like it! It suits both of them, sounds nice Smile

Short for Mary traditionally, not originally a stand alone name. not a problem in itself but for context.

I recently met a Polly in Aldi, her parents liked WPC Polly from The Bill. She was about late 20s and said she didn't know any others but it didn't seem to have scarred her. She suited her name I thought, I like it!

But Sunday's child is delicious when eaten in any way.
