Final girls names : Rosamund (Rosie) or Robyn

Rosamund (Rosie) or Robyn

Like the formal name of Rosamund with youthful NN that could be used til older.

but also like Robyn as can’t be shortened and is what it is.

For those suggesting the Robin spelling, isn't Robin usually the spelling for boys and Robyn for girls?

I also think Rosamund is quite a harsh name. Rosalind is nicer. I also like Rosa.

Rosamund is beautiful, it means Rose of the World.
Rosie is a pretty nn too. I have a dgd who is just Rosie.
I like Robyn but love Rosamund.

Rosamund is just awful. as is Rosie.

These 2 names are miles apart, interesting that they are the 2 contenders.

I'd just use Rosie, or Rose/Rosa with Rosie as a nn. Prefer Rosalind to Rosamund. Don't like Robyn.

Rosamund by a mile! She could be a cute Rosie or an elegant Rosamund.

Robyn feels a bit 80s to me, like Sharyn or Karen.

Robyn still seems like a made up name to me, a recent feminisation of Robin.

I don’t like Robyn at all, so I’d have to say Rosamund.

However, I prefer all of Rose, Rosa, Rosalie, Rosanna and Rosalind to Rosamund.

Rosamund will get shortened to Roz though. It doesn't sound like Rose. It's a short 'o'.
Just call her Rose if you like Rosie.

I know a Robyn and she is a cool creative sort.

I think both are beautiful and were on our baby name lists! I think I prefer Robyn slightly but prefer the spelling Robin.
Have you considering Roseanne/a I think that too is wonderful.
