Please do not be offended, but I am used to 'Zoey' being spelt 'Zoe' as it is Greek so the 'e' is sounded as in Aphrodite, Hercules, Persephone. I think part of its beauty is the ancient greek root and the lovely sound being made by just 3 letters.

Olivia. I know it's overused but it's gorgeous. Feminine pretty elegant classy and suits everyone stage of life.

ALso you can't be bothered by popularity otherwise it wouldn't be on your short list.
