Francesca. Nn Fran or Cesca. Frankie is awful.

Georgina and Georgia are so common there are 100s of Georgies.

Georgina, especially using Gina as a nn, is my favourite from your list. 2nd favourite is Francesca.

All are lovely but I'd go with Alexandra, nicknamed Andie, Allie or Andra.

My favourite by far is Francesca (I’m biased though).
Love Alexandra too and it was on our list but I don’t like Alex/Lexi and think it would inevitably be shortened to one of those.

Also I prefer Georgia or Georgiana to Georgina.

We have decided on Elizabeth for dd3 who is due in a few weeks.

I love the names on your shortlist and had Georgina on my shortlist, so bearing this in mind my personal preference would go in this order:

Georgina
Alexandra
Francesca

...but I don't think you will go wrong with any of these three names - they are all lovely choices x

Georgina, definitely. It’s my favourite and goes better with Elizabeth than Francesca does. Alexandra is ok.

Excellent taste! (slightly biased as I have 2 DDs with 2 of the names in your list and the third was on our shortlist too). I can't put them in order of preference as it would feel like picking a favourite child Grin

Georgina out of your list another one who prefers Georgia as well though.
I like Alexandra as well but if you don’t like Alex I would avoid.
Not keen on Francesca.

Thanks all.
I’m erring towards Francesca or Georgina as two of our friends have called their sons Alexander and there might be too many Alexes kicking around.
Plus Amazon’s Alexa means there’s another Alex in the house already!
Shame as it’s a lovely name.

Would choose Frankie or Georgie as nicknames. I also like Cesca but DH doesn’t.

Georgie is my favourite of all the possible nicknames, but I think Fran goes best with DD1’s name.
