Middle name would be Katie? , Also like Fiona Katie Nn Fifi. Opinions please?

Ewwww. If don't like that. Kenzie is not too horrendous, Kenny Katie is far too blunt.

I'm not sure Kenny Katie flows that well but I guess your not going to say her middle name that often.
I prefer Fiona (Fifi) You could get the nickname Fifi from Sophia and Sophia Katie sounds nice.

Kendra shortened to Kenny? Not Kenny on its own for a girl. And Kate would be a better middle name than Katie.

I like Fiona, but not Fifi. That's a poodle name.

What about Kennedy shortened to kenny? Quite a common girls name in the US.
