Kenny for a girl?.

Middle name would be Katie? , Also like Fiona Katie Nn Fifi. Opinions please?

I think we all know where we are with Kenny Grin I'm not a big fan of Fiona, I find it dated and a bit meh I'm allowed to say that, because of personal experience Grin I do know a few Sofias that get Fia which I think it much nicer than Fifi.

Kendall, Kennedy, Kendra could all be shortened to Kenny.

But Kenny on its own is awful, and Kenny Katie is so, so bad.

It's not a nice name IMO, and definitely not a girl's name. You could use it as a nickname or shortening of a name.
