Really stuck on boys names. Have zero. We love nature but don’t want ones like Fox or Bear. Would prefer something related to the sea but subtle or a bit unusual. Help!!!

What about mountain names? I like the Welsh Cader Idris and Idris is a good boys name. Lots of interesting myths surrounding the mountain.

Smile Hope you find something you love but Caspian and Dorian are great...would make nice male sibling names if you planned on more than one boy!

LadyPug · 27/01/2018 13:00

Thank you for the list! Also Dorian is nice too! These are great, thank you!

ShmooBooMoo · 27/01/2018 12:58

Dorian means 'from the sea', I think but I do like Caspian....unusual but doesn't sound contrived.

userabcname · 27/01/2018 12:57

I taught a boy called Ocean once so that could work? Or I agree Caspian is a lovely choice.

ShmooBooMoo · 27/01/2018 12:56

Or, not sea-inspired, but how about Oisin (Irish, pronounced uh-SHEEN), meaning:
Meaning & History. Means "little deer", derived from Irish os "deer" combined with a diminutive suffix. In Irish legend Oisín was a warrior hero and a poet, the son of Fionn mac Cumhail.

Ps Spongebob was not a serious suggestion....just in case Wink

LadyPug · 27/01/2018 12:53

Thank you, already some great ones! Love Caspian. Ah some ppl will always be silly or rude, it’s expected but a bit sad as I always try to help others on here
