Only 1 - my 3.5 yr old nephew. I think there might be more in his nursery class though, because he has taken to referring to himself as 'George Surname' Grin

In 2016 (2017 stats not available yet), there were 5,263 babies given the name George in England and Wales.

1 now. Though when DS1 was at preschool several years ago 4 children in his preschool cohort of 30 were called George!
