We have a Cecilia nn Cee Cee who is almost 2years old so obvs Cecilia gets my vote Smile Very often people comment on what a pretty name it is.

Celia rather than Cecilia. My grandfather called my mum this as it is an anagram of Alice (Alice in Wonderland fan). Celia is also a character from Shakespeare's play As You Like It.

Celia, lovely name. I know a teen with that now, it’s actually Cecilia however she prefers Celia.

Arabella over Cecelia, but I’d take Cecily over Arabella. Love Cecily. Like Arabella. Not keen on Cecelia.

Cecilia is my favourite, classy and cool. Cece is a cute nn when they are little.

The trouble with Arabella is that would get Belle Bella nn which were really overused a couple of years ago. Also it's a much harsher sound than Cecilia.

Cecilia - patron saint of musicians (hence S&G). Arabella is a bit Cinderella stepsister...

I like both, but Arabella probably just swings it.

Mainly because Cecilia makes me think of that earworm Simon & Garfunkel song - Cecilia, you're breaking my heart...

Arabella - although more common these days, I think Cecilia is a little old fashioned. (But maybe due a comeback??)
