I don't really think of Milo as a name tbh, it sounds more like a nickname.I've also known a couple of people with pets called Milo. So I would say Ewan.

Quick update. It was a tough decision as we loved both, but we went with Ewan, although now I can't stop thinking about whether we should have gone with Milo as it seems a bit of a cooler name. Will have to get a pet!

Milo for me. Ewan sounds whiny to me, (not helped that I know a Euan and a Ewan who are very whiny).
