Which spelling is the nicest? I think I’m leaning towards Cally but it also seems to be the least conventional.

I’m not keen on Calliope or Caroline.

Calli

Cheeseislife · 20/12/2017 19:00

Definitely Callie

strawberrypenguin · 20/12/2017 18:57

Callie. Can be short for Calliope if you want a longer name too.

LoveInTokyo · 20/12/2017 18:55

My auntie is Cally short for Caroline. Could also work for Catherine or Camilla or any number of names.

Anotherdayanotherdollar · 20/12/2017 18:33

Callie!

Winterandspring · 20/12/2017 18:32

No, I don’t like Calista - looks like a kitchen appliance!

I quite like the California shortening! I’ll probably go for Callie, though.

Calista?

GetTheGoodLookingGuy · 20/12/2017 18:31

Callie.

Cally reads like a made-up word, somehow.

And Cali sounds like you've shortened California.

I quite like Callie, though.

BabloHoney · 20/12/2017 18:29

Beautiful name. I prefer the Callie spelling. Congrats!

Winterandspring · 20/12/2017 18:12

Well, I like it!

Mrsknackered · 20/12/2017 18:08

None, sorry it's hideous. Cali is awful.

Winterandspring · 20/12/2017 18:04

No, just Cally/Callie. I don’t really like the K spelling - not sure why.

Callie.

AlmostChristmas · 20/12/2017 17:58

Callie or Kallie

ChocolateCrunch · 20/12/2017 17:52

One of my favourite names! I think I'd choose Cally, but Callie a close second - definitely double 'l'.

LoveInTokyo · 20/12/2017 17:50

Callie or Cally.

Is it short for anything?

Norethisterone · 20/12/2017 17:48

Kali

Balonder · 20/12/2017 17:47

Callie, definitely

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 20/12/2017 17:46

I like Callie.

Definitely two l's, Cali might be pronounced like Bali
