Everyone hates the name but I love it, what do you all think?

I'm not too keen on it personally. But I don't think there's actually anything wrong with it. It's just a like it or not keen. But it's certainly not awful.

Family especially seem to dislike the name! DM included! Said it is horrible, I think it’s a name that will suit the baby through all stages of life. Thought of it after watching Netflix’s show stranger things!

I made the mistake of telling my mum one name that I liked when I was pregnant. She scoffed at it so much, I then vowed not to tell a single soul any of our name choices thereafter! She was so annoyed that I wasn't discussing names with her, but it was her fault!

I am pregnant not aware of gender as of yet so that is my first choice for a girl Smile

DD Is trying for a baby and apparently couldn’t imagine giving her child an name as horrible as Nancy!

I think it’s different which I love about it

I love it! Are you still pregnant? Because people are very quick to judge names unless you've given it to your gorgeous little baby! Then they have to say it's lovely! Smile

I like it and considered it as a middle name for dd. Get her a copy of Swallows and Amazons when she's older. :)
