It's absolutely beautiful, a lovely name.

Paloma Picasso is who I think of first when I hear it, and then Picasso's drawings of doves, and doves a symbol of peace.

Beautiful name i really like it

tinygirlsmum · 15/12/2017 14:54

I love it. Was my second choice name for my little girl and if I have another I'll be using it!

DramaAlpaca · 15/12/2017 14:52

The song that goes Una paloma blanca, I'm just a bird in the sky... is what it makes me think of.

It's not my style, but there's nothing wrong with it.

LeahG94 · 15/12/2017 14:48

I like it, but will forever think of Paloma Faith when I hear it. If you can live with that then go ahead, it's a beautiful name.

manicinsomniac · 15/12/2017 14:09

I like it.

Unusual though. I only know one whereas I know about 30-35 Olivers. So I don't think it's the best 'match' with your son's name. But that only really matters for the first few years of their lives, if at all.

So yes, I think go for it.

MegAndSprog · 15/12/2017 13:47

Beautiful, peaceful name. It’s also the name of Picasso’s daughter, also an artist. Gorgeous, go for it!

ChocolateCrunch · 15/12/2017 13:47

I like it. Don't know any, apart from Paloma Faith.

CaptainChristmas · 15/12/2017 12:53

I love it. Spanish for dove is my first thought and then Paloma Faith!

caffelatte100 · 15/12/2017 12:07

Gorgeous! Go for it!

PenelopeFlintstone · 15/12/2017 11:51

I love it.

Ay ay ay ay Aaaaaayyy Paalooooma! [In a Russian Man's voice]

That is literally the first thing that comes into my head when I hear/read that name. No idea why. I think that it may be a song.

justinelibertine · 15/12/2017 11:45

Palmolive...

LadyWithLapdog · 15/12/2017 11:45

I like it. It's sweet.

lovelyjubilly · 15/12/2017 11:41

I really like it. We considered it for this dc but have gone with something else instead. It's nice though. Means 'dove'.
