Come across these two names in the course of work and thought they were unusual (to me) and lovely. Help yourselves!

Very funny OP Grin

iggleypiggly · 14/12/2017 19:44

Is this for real?

GinIsIn · 14/12/2017 19:43

In the course of Work? Is your Work reading mills and boon novels? Grin

Fekko · 14/12/2017 18:02

Umm - are they foreign maybe? Or just made up?

grasspigeons · 14/12/2017 18:01

There fine
Quite pretty sounding
I wouldn't pick them, but they wouldn't really make me look up if I heard them across the playground.

NeegansWife · 14/12/2017 18:00

Good grief no. Especially for saddling a kid with the need to spell their name for the rest of their lives. Just no.

Buntysoven · 14/12/2017 17:56

Yuk!

MrsXx4 · 14/12/2017 15:25

hahahahahaaaa

That is all.

HoratioNightboy · 14/12/2017 15:19

I take it you folks wouldn't like Georgella either then! Grin

IrritatedUser1960 · 14/12/2017 11:11

Oh God no.

WhatALoadOfBaubles · 14/12/2017 11:07

Georgelina would be bad enough (and I like Georgie names), but spelt the other way just looks illiterate.
Angelyn sounds like someone's teenage babysitter in the 70's.

TonicAndTonic · 14/12/2017 10:55

They do look made up I'm afraid. Jorgelina is definitely the worse of the two though.

restbiterepeat · 14/12/2017 10:55

Jorgelina sounds like an anti-bacterial cream.

Hotpinkangel19 · 14/12/2017 10:52

Ooo these dare awful!

buttercup54321 · 13/12/2017 23:04

Awful. They look and sound made up I once knew an Amandrea. Terrible.

ApplesTheHare · 13/12/2017 18:50

Is this a joke OP? ConfusedGrin

Flicketyflack · 13/12/2017 18:48

I thought of Angelina Jolie too x

HoratioNightboy · 13/12/2017 18:03

The names aren't new, they'v both been around since the mid 19th century. These spellings make them look a bit uglier than they need to be though...

DubiousCredentials · 13/12/2017 16:07

I saw Angelina Jolie too.

Ceebs85 · 13/12/2017 16:05

Jorgelina made me think 'dingaling' I'm not sure why.

Angelyn is ok but Angelina is better.

Anatidae · 13/12/2017 15:57

They’re a bit.... gargly

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 13/12/2017 15:56

Looks like a winning round of Baby name Scrabble

SilverySurfer · 13/12/2017 15:53

Hideous hybrids.

Lillylollylandy · 13/12/2017 15:46

I don’t like them sorry.

Debby08 · 13/12/2017 15:30

I'd go for Angelyn. :)
