Thanks!

I like Philippa. Don't like annabel though because it reminds me of the creepy Annabel creation film.

Mrsknackered · 05/12/2017 21:46

Love Rose. I like Sophie, but think it's a little dated (?)

Not keen on the others, sorry.

HeteronormativeHaybales · 05/12/2017 21:39

'common' above obv = frequently used. No snobbery intended!

HeteronormativeHaybales · 05/12/2017 21:38

Annabel's having a 'moment', and I think it'll date. Piper - no, 'surname name' territory for me. Rose - nice but so very common as a middle name - the Louise of our day (I do actually like Louise, but it got done to death in my generation). Rosa or Rosalind would be better. Philippa is far and away my favourite. Sophie's a great name but very popular (am aware it's so popular because it's a great name) - hoe about Sophia?

SantaStuckInTheChimney · 05/12/2017 21:31

My favourite is Piper. It's lovely and different.

yikesanotherbooboo · 05/12/2017 21:19

I love Annabelle and Phillippa ... not keen on Piper at all, the other two are very pretty but just not my favourites

Smoliver · 05/12/2017 21:14

I like Annabel, Rose and Sophie (although the last one is my name, so I'm slightly biased Grin )

PinkFlamingo888 · 05/12/2017 21:02

I love Piper! The others are nice too but I’d definitely choose Piper!

guestofclanmackenzie · 05/12/2017 21:01

A lovely close friend of mine was called Phillppa.. And she had a gorgeous daughter called Roseanna.

Sadly Philippa passed away a couple of years ago as she lost her battle with cancer.

So I am unashamedly biased when I say I love those two names!

pipilangstrumpf · 05/12/2017 20:19

Rose! Beautiful and underused.

Sophie and Annabel are quite common.

Whythesnoring · 05/12/2017 20:09

Rose or Piper are my faves :)

mondler · 05/12/2017 19:44

All so pretty- great choices! Philippa would give the most options for nns. I have a soft spot for Rose, you could always give it a longer middle name so the child has options?

ByThePowerOfRa · 05/12/2017 19:35

Annabel - really like
Philippa - love
Piper - like
Sophie - not keen; think it’s overdone and have met a disproportionate number of horrible Sophies for some reason
Rose - love - think this is my favourite

Meeep · 05/12/2017 18:44

I only like Rose!

Navegante · 05/12/2017 18:42

I like Philippa and Sophie.

PandaCat · 05/12/2017 18:12

I don't like Philippa or Sophie, but Annabel, Piper and Rose are lovely!

ChocolateCrunch · 05/12/2017 18:05

Annabel, Sophie and Rose are the ones I would choose. I don't know any Annabels, but quite a few Sophies and Roses.

Jojopugh · 05/12/2017 17:56

I love Annabelle piper and rose 🌹

AnyaMoondial · 05/12/2017 17:54

I like them all, Rose is my favourite. Sophie is nice but has been veeeeeeeery popular for a long time.

DueNov · 05/12/2017 17:53

I love rose but find it too short so called our daughter Rosanna..

I like annabel too

17caterpillars1mouse · 05/12/2017 17:53

Annabel is my favourite
Followed by Sophie and Phillipa

Piper is nice but not my style
Rose feels a bit full to me. I think because it's every other child's middle name

AKH123 · 05/12/2017 17:50

@BrokenBattleDroid Yes!! I would love to do that!

I think you could use Piper as a nn for Phillipa at a push. Would that work?

Happpydays · 05/12/2017 17:41

Not a fan of Piper, Sophie a bit boring/overused, but like all the others! I think Annabel is the nicest Smile

GU24Mum · 05/12/2017 17:40

I'm not a huge fan of Sophie after someone said it was just like "soapy" but don't have strong feelings. I prefer Rosanna to Rose and I probably like Annabel and Philippa best. Good choices!
