Ralphie is far too cutesy for my taste, sounds really babyish.

Sebastian/ Seb is better.

Ralph/Ralphie just make me think of The Simpsons. "My cat's breath smells like cat food."

Ralphie is like what you call a small child whose name is Ralph—not great for a teenager or an adult.

Sebastian is far nicer. Great name.
